Purple Day Is Coming on March 26, 2021 With Education and Advocacy to Destigmatize Epilepsy

Purple Day is coming soon on March 26th, 2021 epilepsy specialists, people living with epilepsy, and advocate will come together for the largest grassroots Epilepsy Awareness initiative in the world. The Purple Day Around the World Epilepsy Education Conference is an annual event from The Anita Kaufmann Foundation and the Epilepsy Association that aims to destigmatize epilepsy through education.

The Conference is FREE and open to anyone and will take place online (virtually) this year March 24th through 26th to ensure the safety of all participants in the midst of a gloval infectious disease pandemic. 

The first two days will consist of educational and advocacy sessions with well-known doctors, experts, and epilepsy organizations. On March 26th there will be a Purple Day Celebration at 1:00 PM (Eastern Time). There will be a live Purple Costume Contest with cash prizes.
